How long does it take to ship my order? TOP
We are commited to making you satisfied, and we will do all we can to make sure your order is processed promptly. Please allow us 1-2 days to process your order. If for any reason we cannot ship it in 2 days, we will notify you via e-mail.
Personalizedd items such as tank tops will be made in 3 days. All pettiskirts will take 3-5 days to be shipped.
How much are the shipping fees? TOP
We have a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders !!!! Can you personalize any item? TOP
We are more than happy to personalize all our tank tops, diaper wipe cases and any item made with fabric. Items like flip-flops and headbands cannot be personalized. All our personalized items will be done with CPSIA compliant rhinestones. We do not offer embroidery however, we will in the future. What are my payment options? TOP
We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover and debit. We also accept payments through paypal. We do not accept Money Orders or checks at this time. If you need to discuss a special form of payment outside the ones listed above, please e-mail info@mybonitaboutique.com
How is my order shipped? TOP
We ship all orders via USPS and require a signature. A confirmation e-mail with the tracking number will be sent to you when the order is shipped. Please allow 3-7 days for your order to be received. All boxes are sealed and sent with a packing slip. We encourge all of our customers to check the packing list with the items AS SOON AS RECEIVED. If your box is damaged or envelope is opened, please check if any items are missing, we will be more than happy to open a claim with USPS and replace the item. If you are missing an item and the box was sealed, please notify your claim ON THE SAME DAY to info@mybonitaboutique.com Return Policy TOP
We are commited to your satisfaction. Most of our items are handmade for you. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, please be assured that we will replace the item for you. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping expense and the item needs to be received by our offices before we can ship out a new one. The item also needs to be returned in the same packaging as it was received.
If you request a refund, we will do so when we receive the item in the same condition and packaging that it was received
Note that items that are customized cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue. We strongly encourage you to check the size charts and colors BEFORE ordering to make sure you are ordering the right size and colors. I've seen a fabric I like and I would like you to make an item with it..... TOP
If you like another fabric, style or colors, we will be more than happy to customize it for you. We love to create new items, and we are constantly trying to better ourselves.
