We LOVE wholesale customers, we are glad that in some way, we can contribute to the success of your business. If you are starting your own business and want to sell Bonita Boutique items, we are thrilled and we are here to help you.
Please note that we also offer drop-ship of all of our items. If wholesale is not the option for you right now, we can drop-ship until you feel you are ready to carry inventory and do wholesale. Our whoelsale program offers special advantages that drop-ship does not but, we understand that not all customers are ready for wholesale, or would like to "test" the product before commiting to wholesale.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We are more than happy to address your needs however, please note that shipping costs for international shipments are higher. We can provide ALL customs documentation however, you are responsible for the import fees and all related fees.
BEFORE APPLYING, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 - Bonita Boutique will review all applications and has the right to deny any applications in which are felt not to be in the best interest of both parties
2 - All applicants MUST provide one of the following documents: State Resale Permit OR Sales and Use Tax ID. If you have questions regarding these documents, please e-mail info@mybonitaboutique.com. For International customers, please e-mail info@mybonitaboutique.com
3 - These terms and conditions are subject to change however, we expect our wholesale customers to abide by these terms at all times. In case there is a change, you will be notified via e-mail however, it is your responsiblity to know them and abide by them.
4 - We will provide pictures if requested. You may edit them if it suits your site needs however, we ask that you do not duplicate the wording of the description. Please note that we want you to be successful and for that reason, we understand that Google has a "No duplicate content" policy. By doing so, you will hurt Bonita Boutique as well as yours. DO NOT hot link our pictures, that means you may NOT reference our URL to link pictures onto your site. Again, we can provide pictures if necessary however, you may NOT share them with others. If another company needs the pictures, please refer them to us.
5 - Your company information MUST be accurate at all times. If you change your address or e-mail, please contact us immediately. Please keep an accurate e-mail, shipping address, billing address, verified paypal account and telephone number. Any misinfromation can lead to us closing the account and might not be considered to be re-opened.
6 - Your wholesale order may be placed over the phone, e-mail or website. A confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of placing your order. A paypal invoice will then be sent and a payment is required within 3-5 days of order. In case the payment is not made, we will cancel your order and you will have to re-order. Your order will only be sent AFTER the payment is received.
7 - An inital minimum wholesale order of $75.00 is required within 30 days after account is approved. If order is not placed within 30 days, your account will be closed unless you have extreme circumstances in which you were unable to place the order.
8 - Subsquential orders will be required to be $50.00 or more.
9 - All wholesale orders are subject to shipping charges. Minimum charge is $4.99 not surpassing $10.00. Flat shipping rate only applies to retail customers. Orders above $100.00 qualify for free shipping.
10 - We will e-mail you an order confirmation and keep you updated of shipment status. If there is anything that we do not have in stock, we will let you know. Orders will be shipped within 3-10 days after they were received.
11 - For samples, please order items at retail price, with exception of Pettiskirts in which we will allow them to be purchased at wholesale price.
12 - Our wholesale prices confidencial and you may not share them with other customers.
13 - We allow our wholesale customers to sell our items at whatever price suits their needs and the needs of their customers.
14 - We do NOT allow our items to be sold on E-bay, Etsy or any other auction site that carries the same purpose. You may sell them on your site or store at whatever price suits your needs.
15 - Bonita Boutique will provide all product information. We will not be responsible if a customer is mislead by information provided by you or an employee from your company. Please make sure to ask any questions if necessary
16 - Carefully read our return policy and make sure to agree to it prior to placing your order.
17 - We will have tags on our handmade items. If you do not want Bonita Boutique tags, we can make them without tags however, in this case, we are not bound to our 3-10 day shipping commitment and it may take longer. Please inquire for shipping times on customized orders.
18 - We do not offer wholesale for Perfumes and adult handbags. This item list is subject to change and if needed we can provide the wholesaler for these items.
19 - We have an incentive wholesale program for larger orders. You will receive all wholesale information upon completion and approval of your application.
